Our complete security strategy builds our conventional excellent practice by intensifying existing organizational planning and further implanting the significance of security across all areas of our business. Shubh Udyog has a firm dedication to the safety and well being of each of its workers.
We teach our workers to make sure adherence to not only the pertinent satutory obligations, codes of practices and industry standards but to also take on a risk management approach and apply standards that echo our values. We make certain that safety for personnel, client and property is the first precedence.
A sequence of initiatives have been undertaken in this field. The scope of coverage of these initiatives encompasses not only our employees but also associates, vendor partners and their employees. These include:
- Conception and affirmation to various processes for safety.
- Development of a detailed health, safety and environment (HSE) manual to be followed at all sites, including mishap reporting and investigation.
- In house training and education at all construction sites and at office

PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

Once the job is awarded, planning is assigned to the design team for design evaluation and drawing development and estimation of materials. The project management team works on the time schedules, procurement schedules and the manpower needs. Final testing processes, as-built documentation is coordinated by the team to ensure end results and handing over.
